The shoes are either the Nike Air Zoom Vomero + 4 or ASICS ® Gel-Cumulus 11. The shoes are about the same price on Eastbay. I run the 3200m and the mile for the most part. Please add why you like the shoe recommend (sustainable, well-sealed, lightweight, more comfortable, etc.) Thanks!

The ASIC in 2140 is one of the best remote you can buy shoes. They have good support and they will last long. I have worn and they feel great on my feet and legs. Highly recommended them.
