Im getting a pair of spikes for cross country, last year I wasnt very good, so I didnt bother with spikes. This year, Im going to get a pair, I wear brooks running shoes because they feel the best, but are brooks spikes the best or should I go with Nike? I dont have a running store within two hours of my house so, shopping for them has to be online. Also how many sizes down should I order?
